Cardinal Baselios Cleemis Lauds Swami Gururatnam Jnana Tapaswi’s Role in Uniting Society at Santhigiri

POTHENCODE (Thiruvananthapuram): In a powerful address at the Santhigiri Ashram, Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos, Major Archbishop of the Syro-Malankara Catholic Church, hailed Swami Gururatnam Jnana Tapaswi as a vital bridge connecting Santhigiri Ashram with diverse religious denominations, political parties, and communities for the cause of world peace.

The Cardinal was speaking while inaugurating the public meeting held in connection with the Poojitapeedom Dedication Anniversary at Santhigiri Ashram.

Celebrating 25 Years of Sanyasa

A highlight of the event was the honoring of Ashram General Secretary, Swami Gururatnam Jnana Tapaswi, for completing 25 glorious years of monastic life.

• Recognition from Malankara Orthodox Church: A Citation of Honor was presented to Swamiji by the Church Secretary, Adv. Biju Oommen.
• Lulu Group’s Contribution: Continuing their tradition of supporting the Ashram during Lenten days, Lulu Group Director Joy Shadanandan handed over a cheque of ₹25 Lakhs for the Annadanam (mass feeding) program.
• Distinguished Guests: The ceremony, presided over by Ashram President Swami Chaitanya Jnana Tapaswi, saw a massive turnout of leaders including:

3. Gurudarshan: Spiritual sessions and various dedications held at 11:00 AM.
4. Annadanam: Thousands of devotees partook in the sacred feast served at noon.
